Returns and Refunds

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. All digital product sales are final.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Digital products cannot be refunded once purchased.
This policy exists because:

• Digital products are instantly delivered and cannot be "returned"
• Once downloaded, you permanently own the product files
• The product cannot be resold or transferred after purchase

Custom Orders

For custom development orders, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work:

Refund Allowed

Full refund is only possible if you request it IMMEDIATELY after payment, before any work has begun.

No Refund

Refunds are NOT available once:

• Development work has started
• The project is completed or delivered

Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

Provide your order ID and reason for refund request

Wait for our team to review your request (up to 48 hours)

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider refunds for technical issues that cannot be resolved. Each case is evaluated individually.
